Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Your code, chats, and context items stay on your machine. We only collect what's needed to verify your license and deliver updates. No tracking. No analytics. No BS.

What We Collect

• Email address – To send you your license key and update notifications (if you opt in)
• License key – A random UUID to verify your purchase
• Machine fingerprint – To prevent license key sharing (generated locally from hardware)
• Device info – OS type and version, only for update compatibility checks
• Feedback – Only if you explicitly send it via the feedback button

What We Don't Collect

• Your code or conversations (everything stays local)
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Browsing history or behavior tracking
• Context items (websites, files, docs you add)
• Anything else about how you use the app

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

Data Storage

License validation data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database, US region). Your email is only used for license delivery and optional update notifications – we don't send marketing emails.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@conare.ai. We'll delete your email and deactivate your license within 48 hours.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify you via email if the change is significant.
